We started with the most nimble mountain sled and took it to great lengths. 3 in. lugs and either 163 or 174 tracks can take you to places you’ve never been – and even make your regular spots easier and more fun to get to. We also added new technologies and weight saving measures to push what a mountain sled can do and be.

The T3 adds even more capability to Summit X models with:
– standard 3 in / 7.62 cm track lugs – the tallest ever offered by a manufacturer,
– 174 in (442 cm) track length choice – the longest ever offered by a manufacturer, and
– numerous weight-saving modifications, including a lightweight muffler and optimized heat exchangers.
NEW 3-in (7.62 cm) track lugs, the tallest ever offered by a sled manufacturer dramatically increase traction. Several design modifications reduce weight by more than 3 lb (1.4 kg). Exclusive 16-in (41-cm) wide design adds flotation and traction without sacrificing maneuverability. FlexEdge technology reduces the length of the fibreglass reinforcing rods to only 12 in (31 cm) wide, enabling the edges to flex – reducing the effort to initiate roll-up.
By shortening the fiberglass reinforcing rods inside, the track’s edges flex when you carve the sled, making boondocking and sidehilling easier. It provides the flotation of a 16-in. (41 cm) wide track with the maneuverability of a 12-in. (30 cm) track.
RAS 2 FRONT SUSPENSION
We further sharpen the industry’s best handling snowmobiles. New geometry and lighter components increase precision, especially in extreme bumps. Sharp new styling, too.
tMotion Rear Suspension
The tMotion flexes laterally, reducing the effort to initiate a roll, due to a ball joint at the center hinge between the rear arm and drop link and split flat-tube front arms. Very progressive motion ratio makes the ride on trails even more comfortable.
PILOT DS 3 SKIS
Designed to work in tandem with the deeper and longer T3 tracks. It has a .47 in (12mm) deeper keel. Holds a sidehill better and offers great control. Narrow ski tip cuts through crusty shallow snow; wide easy-to-install extension widens the tip for added flotation in deeper powder.
REV-XM BODY STYLE
Summit-specific side panels are powderdynamically designed to glide smoothly through snow in any position, easing roll-up and sidehilling.
REV-XM RUNNING BOARDS
Footing is solid with running board snow evacuation holes increased by 87% over the REV-XP. The running board edge extrusion – with aggressive boot grips – is three times stronger than the REV-XP.
ROTAX E-TEC 800R ENGINE
This revolutionary direct-injection two-stroke features a stunning combination of 163.9 hp*, up to 19 mpg (12.3 L/100 km) and up to 30% less oil consumption than the 800R PowerT.E.K..
And thanks to proven E-TEC technology, it has virtually no smoke or smell – especially at start and idle – and starts on the first pull, every time.
