    I wanted to take a moment to thank you personally for the excellence in service you provided in the sale of my 18’ boat last month.  From the sales process, to the service of the boat and the store supplies and service, I am convinced that you have molded a business around customer service.  They used to say that if you take care of the customer, they will take care of your business.  It is not often I feel that way, but with Irwin Marine, it’s like taking a step back in time.  Your team even loaded my car with all the stuff I bought in the store!  You made it easy and I feel like I want to continue to do business with you for many years to come!

    You may know from Captain Corey, that he took my trailer back and as we discussed, I would like to use your service (I think you said you would handle in Alton Bay) to store my boat for the winter.  There is a maintenance issue we can discuss, but I am looking at around the October holiday weekend to have it removed and stored.  If you can let me know what I need to do to make that happen I would appreciate it.

We were apprehensive about this purchase so late in life but the experience with Jason and the rest of the staff was as pleasurable as now owning a boat. Every single person we came in contact with was knowledgeable, friendly and approached each interaction with us with a smile on their face. I am not sure that I have dealt with a company before that showed such a top to bottom commitment to customer service. I am only disappointed that you did not have more pull with Mother Nature as it has rained all day.

  • I was out in the middle of Lake Winni and lost my idle valve, causing the boat to stall out at idle.  I called Irwin Marine from the lake and told Todd about it.  He basically diagnosed it on the phone, so I was somehow able to keep the boat running enough to get it into drive mode.  I called Todd back when I was a mile from the marina, and asked him to have guys ready at the dock because I had come in hot.  Waiting for me at the dock was the service manager, Dan Wright and another employee, who successfully stopped me at the dock (after incurring bad rope burns on their hands).  They replaced the valve and I was back on the lake in 30 minutes.  These guys ROCK!!!

  • Just a short note to thank Irwin Marine for selecting the Forsberg family as the winner of the Sea Ray inflatable towing raft.  Enclosed are some photos taken this summer from our Sea Ray 220 Sundeck.  Pictures are of some happy “campers” from Camp Island on Lake Winnipesaukee.  Thanks again and many thanks to the staff and crew of Irwin Marine in Laconia for the great service and care of our Sea Ray 220.

  • Jason Wylie was an absolute pleasure to buy a boat with at Irwin Marina. Despite having many years at Irwin his passion for boats is contagious and certainly has not faded with time. His conviction for the brand Sea Ray is unwavering. Jason was funny and joyful. We really enjoyed our experience with him and felt we could trust his guidance. Jason’s knowledge and expertise re: Sea Ray and other competitive brands was superior to anyone we have spoken to.

  • I broke a prop the day before the July 4 weekend.  Although this is a very busy times for marinas, Dave Hoffman came to my house within a few hours, got into the water and personally replaced the propeller.  This repair saved the holiday weekend (and possibly my marriage)

  • Irwin Marine has become our summer home. My family’s many Winnipesaukee adventures are made possible because we know that the staff at Irwin’s always has our backs. I reminded of two separate occasions when we were renting a home for the week and had mechanical issues. You can imagine the disappointment of family and friends, whose vacations plans are revolving around our boat, have when Murphy’s Law impacts them. However, in both instances involving impeller and prop, Irwin took the boat and had it back to us the next day. In all the years of boating, I have never received such service.

  • Just a brief note to describe our sales experience with Irwin Marine, particularly, Raj Bhattacharya. My family and I have been boating on Winnipesaukee for the past 20 years.
    Having owned a number of single and multi-engine performance boats, my wife and I wanted a change in our boating style this decision being hastened by the arrival of grandchildren.
    We happened to be driving past your facility in Laconia and noticed a new Meridian 391SB on display. we pulled over and checked it out. Nice boat !! We both said.
    We were soon approached by Raj, he unlocked the boat for us, showed us around. We liked him immediately. Especially when he took us over to Mountain View Yacht Club. We were hooked.

    We worked out a great deal, then met Finance Manager Mike Matthewman. What a team, Mike and Raj were great. I would not hesitate to recommend either of these guys, or your company to anyone.
    We have owned our Meridian 391sb for almost a year now. The boat is all that was described to us, and more. We love it, so do the grand kids !!! We had only had a few, post-delivery “punch list” that needed attention, but these were quickly addressed by Jason and his team.
    Ya, were pretty happy, now I just wish the ice would melt!
