Marina Holdings LLC in Partnership with Resilient Marinas Announces Acquisition of Irwin Marine

Marina Holdings LLC today announced the acquisition of Irwin Marine, a premier marine dealership and service provider serving the Lake Winnipesaukee region. The transaction is being completed in partnership with Resilient Marinas.

Under the structure of the agreement, Marina Holdings LLC will manage and operate the sales and service business activities of Irwin Marine, while Resilient Marinas will own the marina property and real estate assets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

This strategic partnership brings together Marina Holdings’ operational expertise with Resilient Marinas’ investment in marine real estate, creating a strong foundation for long-term growth and continued success. The collaboration reflects a shared commitment by Marina Holdings and Resilient Marinas to invest in quality marine businesses and support their long-term success while preserving the characteristics that have made them successful. As such, it is designed to provide Irwin Marine with enhanced access to capital, operational support, and organizational structure—positioning the business to grow and thrive in the years ahead.
