This 46’ yacht is a boater’s dream, as it’s a full size 2-bedroom, 2 bath floating condo.  It has NEVER floated in salt water (Lake Michigan and Lake Winnipesaukee only).  You’ll find this an extravagant home for travels to any port, and once docked it will provide a beautiful residence for family and guests to enjoy.  Socializing, fine dining, sleeping, and water sports are all available both in port, and out on the water while living on this gorgeous yacht.

You’ll be comfortable during all seasons of the year (north or south) with fully automatic air conditioning (3 heat pumps (one brand-new)).  The rear deck “sunroom” is fully enclosed with a hard-top roof and 2 plexiglass doors.   All isinglass (including the bridge) has recently been replaced, and the aft deck has custom privacy curtains.  This 2 yr/old isinglass incorporates all leak-proof zippers as an added attraction.

The wide beam salon allows for entertaining, and includes a satellite 44” television, bar with recessed lighting, perimeter shelf, and movable furniture.  The 16,000 BTU fully automatic salon air conditioning system was new in 2022.

A gorgeous below deck aft suite has a full-size walk-around bed, ample closet and drawer space, and a hanging clothes closet.  This master stateroom is a yachter’s vision of upper-class society with teak-wood walls and an aft window (escape exit).  Its attached full head includes a shower/bathtub, sink, and countertop with a vaccuflush toilet.  The vanity has cabinets below for additional storage.   All head systems function as new (the shower & tub have never been used).

The dinette and galley are a step down from the main salon, and consist of a dinette table with bench seating.  This can be re-configured to bed space.  The galley includes a sink and food-preparation counter, and has a microwave, electric stove, and a full-size refrigerator.  A toaster oven provides for quick baking.

Moving forward from the salon and galley is the bow guest suite.  The bed comfortably sleeps 2, has an overhead skylight,  and the large  head includes a toilet, sink, vanity, and shower. This bow space features plenty of drawer and ample cabinet storage (both hanging and under the bed).

The “boat” part of this condo features twin 340 hp MerCruiser gas engines, 2 x 200-gal fuel tanks, a 130 gallon water tank, and 75 gallon holding tanks.  The vaccuflush toilet(s), sinks, and faucets have been flawless, and a full laundry suite aboard (washer/dryer) have never been used.

The must-have addition of both bow and stern “Sideshift” thrusters 2 years ago have make docking a breeze, even on a windy day.  These thrusters allow the captain to transfer the boat almost sideways into a slip.  This has changed the job of docking this gargantuan 13-ton boat into the fun part of any cruise, easily impressing all nearby boaters.

The addition of a fully stabilized KVH TracVision with a TV1 motion dish antenna makes TV and movie viewing available across the globe.  The 44” HD television is 2 years old.  A “Dish network” multi-channel receiver works flawlessly feeding the TV. Please see the multiple photos of this yacht, all taken while enjoying Lake Winnipesaukee during the past 5 seasons.  The yacht has been most recently located at “Spinnaker Cove Yacht Club” (Laconia, NH).
